Delivery

To track the status of your order, kindly use the track your order page and input your order number or your Air Waybill (AWB) number.

Presently, we exclusively offer shipping services within the boundaries of India. Regrettably, we do not facilitate international shipments.

Cancellation requests for your order can be accommodated prior to its dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, we regret to inform you that cancellations cannot be processed.

Anticipate the delivery of your order within a timeframe of 1-2 days for Express shipping and 3-5 for Standard shipping.

Returns

To initiate a return, you may conveniently schedule it through our official website or contact our customer service team at hello@ostrano.com. Alternatively, you can leave us a message at +91 91378 61406, and our dedicated team will assist you promptly.

All refunds will be processed subsequent to our receipt and thorough inspection of the returned product for any damages or the presence of intact tag.

Please ensure that a return ticket is raised within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return, the item must retain its original tags, packaging and remain free from damages.

Upon receiving and accepting your return, the refund amount inclusive of the delivery charge will be processed and is expected to reflect in your account within 7 days.

Refunds will be issued to your source of payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a member of our team will reach out to you to obtain the requisite bank details.

At present, we do not facilitate product exchanges. However, you may conveniently schedule a return and proceed to place a new order through our website.

Product & Sizing

To determine your appropriate size, kindly refer to our comprehensive size chart accessible on all product pages. We also recommend sizing up for products made with 100% cotton.

Currently, we exclusively operate as an online retailer and do not have any physical retail outlets.

All payments made to us are directed to OSTRANO CLOTHING LLP.

At Ostrano, we offer a diverse range of accepted payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI (Unified Payments Interface).
